As Senior Vice President, Todd has over 35 years of bridge building experience. He oversees alternative delivery projects and our Marine Division, and he has been involved in more than $1 billion in road and construction projects, including the $100 million, three-year preconstruction phase of ARDOT’s second CMGC alternative delivery program. His projects have earned Association of Builders & Contractors excellence awards and ENR Texas & Louisiana Best Projects awards.

With over 38 years of experience in the bridge construction industry, Brad is Vice President of Manhattan’s Marine Division. Brad has extensive estimating, bidding, management of complex marine bridge construction projects, including deep foundation systems such as cofferdams, drilled shafts, and intricate steel erection. His notable expertise includes the 5,400-foot Willis Bridge Replacement on Lake Texoma.

Ryan joined Manhattan Road & Bridge in 2012 and in that time has served as General Superintendent, Vice President of Fleet Management, and Vice President of Operations. His tenure has been marked by significant achievements, such as spearheading the development and implementation of Manhattan’s advanced equipment tracking systems, which streamlined operations and improved company-wide efficiency. Ryan manages statewide operations, business development, and project management while guiding leadership transitions to uphold the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in complex infrastructure projects

As a Regional Director on our Transportation Team, Jason has over 23 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering and has provided structural design on over $800 million in transportation projects. That experience includes short and long span bridges, multimodal bridges, navigable water crossings, interchanges, and leading Garver’s work on significant ODOT projects, such as the I-244 Multimodal Bridge over the Arkansas River and SH-51 over Cottonwood Creek.

As our Oklahoma Bridge Team Leader, Matthew has 19 years of experience developing, designing, and implementing transportation infrastructure projects. He is an OSU and Purdue graduate and has been delivering complex bridge projects in Oklahoma for more than a decade. Matthew has been responsible for the bridge design of multiple large water crossings in Oklahoma including US-77 over the Canadian River, Gilcrease over the Arkansas River, US-60 over Grand Lake, US-59 over Lake Eucha and SH-100 over Lake Tenkiller. In addition, he has experience with a variety of delivery methods, including design-bid-build, design-build, value engineering, construction engineering, and public-private-partnerships.

As the Oklahoma Roadway Team Leader and a Senior Project Manager on our Transportation Team, Jenny has over 25 years of transportation engineering experience in Oklahoma. One of the state’s most experienced roadway engineers, she combines technical expertise with strong communication and relationship building to help direct projects. She has two degrees in civil engineering from OSU and is committed to giving back to her home state: she mentors young engineers through WTS Oklahoma and serves on the ACEC Oklahoma Board and served previously on the Oklahoma State Civil Engineering Department Advisory Board for two terms.

Together and in partnership with ODOT, we delivered the I-244 multimodal bridges over the Arkansas River, Oklahoma’s only double-decker, multimodal bridges. We created a unique, innovative design solution for a complicated transportation problem and achieved building excellence. The result is a one-of-a-kind infrastructure facility that Oklahomans can be proud of.
